PhD. in Earth Sciences at the Faculty of Geographical and Geological Sciences (Adam Mickiewicz University). His research interest focuses on determining the importance of the EU’s regional policy in shaping the condition of natural environment. He takes effort to identify the relations between three elements: (1) environmental intervention of EU regional policy, (2) pro-environmental changes of economy and (3) the condition of the natural environment. He is author and co-author of nine scientific articles and a 2nd prize winner in the competition for the best master’s thesis on European funds in Wielkopolska (organised by the Marshal’s Office of the Wielkopolska Region). He participates in two research projects financed by National Science Center referring to identification the factors of socio-economic development of the less developed regions and shaping the environmental dimension of sustainable development.
